As a result, the concept of job satisfaction is often considered to be a luxury that many cannot afford to prioritize. There are several reasons for this phenomenon.
Firstly, the job market in developing countries is often highly competitive, with a limited number of opportunities available. This leads to a situation where individuals are forced to take whatever job they can find, regardless of whether it aligns with their skills, interests, or personal values.
