In today’s society, it is undeniable that more women are working outside the home and spending less time with their families and children. This shift in gender roles has undoubtedly led to a change in the dynamics of the family unit and has raised concerns about the impact on young people. While some may argue that this change has contributed to the rise in juvenile delinquency and frustration among young people, I believe that there are various factors at play and that this issue is more complex than simply blaming the increased participation of women in the workforce.
Firstly, it is important to recognize that the changing roles of women in society have brought about numerous benefits. Women are now able to pursue their career aspirations and contribute to the household income, which has led to greater financial stability for many families. Additionally, the increased presence of women in the workforce has also resulted in positive role modeling for young girls, demonstrating that they too can aspire to achieve their professional goals.
