Some people believe that the good leaders are born, whereas others hold the opinion that the leadership qualities could be obtained during the life. Who represents the good leader qualities indeed?

There is an ongoing debate about whether good leaders are born with their qualities or if they can develop them over time. In my opinion, the qualities of a good leader can be obtained during one’s life through learning, experience, and personal development.
Firstly, it is undeniable that some people may have natural leadership qualities from birth, such as charisma, confidence, and communication skills. However, these innate qualities alone do not guarantee effective leadership. True leadership requires a combination of skills, knowledge, and experience that can be acquired and developed over time.
Leadership is not just about being in charge, but also about inspiring and guiding others towards a common goal. This requires a deep understanding of human psychology, effective communication, and the ability to adapt to different situations. These are all skills that can be learned and honed through education, training, and practical experience.
Moreover, many great leaders throughout history have not been born with their leadership qualities, but have developed them through their life experiences. For example, Nelson Mandela, Mahatma Gandhi, and Martin Luther King Jr. were not born as natural leaders, but they developed their leadership qualities through their struggles, experiences, and the challenges they faced.
In today’s fast-paced and constantly changing world, the qualities of a good leader are constantly evolving. This means that even those who may have been born with natural leadership qualities still need to continuously learn and adapt to be effective leaders.
