While I understand the importance of producing responsible citizens and skilled workers, I believe that the primary function of schools should be to benefit students individually.
First and foremost, schools should prioritize the personal growth and development of each student. This means providing them with a well-rounded education that nurtures their talents, fosters critical thinking, and encourages creativity. By focusing on the individual needs and strengths of students, schools can help them reach their full potential and prepare them for success in their future careers and personal lives.
Furthermore, it is essential for schools to instill values such as empathy, tolerance, and respect for diversity in students.
