In today’s world, the issue of climate change has become a pressing concern for all countries, regardless of their economic status. While it is true that poor countries may face significant challenges in reducing their CO2 emissions while striving for economic development, it is crucial that they begin to address this issue immediately.
First and foremost, the impact of climate change is not limited by national borders. The consequences of rising global temperatures, extreme weather events, and sea-level rise will affect all countries, rich and poor alike. Therefore, it is in the best interest of all nations to work towards reducing CO2 emissions as soon as possible, in order to mitigate the effects of climate change on a global scale.
