In my opinion, I believe that both social skills and academic qualifications are equally important for a successful career.
First and foremost, possessing strong social skills is crucial in the workplace. Effective communication, teamwork, and the ability to build relationships are essential for success in any job. Employers often seek candidates who can effectively communicate with colleagues and clients, as well as collaborate with others to achieve common goals. Furthermore, individuals with strong social skills are often better equipped to handle conflicts and navigate challenging situations in the workplace. Therefore, it is understandable why some employers place a high value on social skills when considering job applicants.
On the other hand, academic qualifications also play a vital role in a person’s career.
